Goal Alignment & Diagnostics

We work closely with founders and team members to understand the current organizational objectives, team dynamics, and obstacles. and provide our diagnostics. This usually takes around 1-2 weeks, including conference calls, on-site visits, and studies.
HR Sprint

Sprint Scope & Backlog

We develop a plan that defines the scope and priority of goals, and break them down into tasks that can be measured and time-boxed. We then align with founders and communicate the plan to all stakeholders before kicking off implementation.
Weeks Sprint

Two-Week Sprint Implementation

We will provide a HRBP who will formulate and lead a squad to implement the sprint items within the two-week timeframe. During the sprint, we will run daily scrum meetings with related stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Reviews

Review, Retrospective & Next Step

After each sprint, our HRBP will review the deliverables with your team and conduct a reflection on how the sprint items impacted business metrics. Following the exercise, we will advise the team on the next step and you can decide whether to continue with another sprint, regroup, or hand it over to your team.
